Uscio, which is east of Genova in the Recco stream valley, is made up of different hamlets scattered here and there along the main road (333). The district extends for 9.63km comprising two villages and bordering with five others.
The tower clock "Roberto Trebino" museum in the historic building of the Trebino Company, preserves around thirty belfry clocks, some entirely handmade, dating back to the 17th century. It also holds an ancient bell which dates back to 1290.
